We – Harald Stadlbauer and Sandra Mitterhuber – attended the opening of LINZ AG's new IT and data center on May 27, 2025. It has approximately 600 m2 of server space and, when fully completed, will accommodate 204 server racks or approximately 9,000 servers.

Erzberg Adventure
❓ What does the Erzberg have to do with a data center? Basically nothing. We could talk about the fact that iron ore is mined at the Erzberg, which in turn is used to make steel, which will eventually be used to make IT racks, which we then plan to install in data centers. 😁
