Magenta data centre receives EN 50600 certification
In order to accompany customers in Styria and the southern provinces into the digital future, Magenta opened one of Europe's most modern and energy-efficient data centres in southern Graz in May 2022. It has now been certified according to EN 50600. The next step is to plan a 30kWp PV system on the roof of the data centre.

New Magenta data centre opened in Graz
Opening ceremony marks the start of operations at the new data centre in Graz. New fibre optic households, increased capacity for Gigabit Internet, 5G mobile communications, HD-television and business solutions: planning, construction and operation by data centre specialist COOLtec Systems.

Magenta with new data centre in Graz
One of Europe's most modern data centres is being built in Graz on behalf of telecommunications provider Magenta Telekom. From 2022, it will provide additional capacity for gigabit internet, 5G mobile communications and HD television for Magenta customers in Styria and the southern provinces. FRAUSCHER CONSULTING is supporting Magenta in this project from project definition to commissioning and ensuring that the high quality requirements of Magenta and EN 50600 are met.
